Vegas Strip BlackJack Currency Management System
Team consisted of product management, mechanical, electrical, firmware, and system engineers developing Backend Server (LAMP w/Java-Ajax) communicating with a real time currency processor at the gaming table. Monitoring table performance is easily accomplished via standard browsers (i.e. Firefox) anywhere on the secured net. Reports (via iReports and Jasper) available online or printed.
Micro Kiosks and Price Checkers
Conceptualized an integrated product portfolio from existing line. Managed mechanical, electrical and firmware engineers in designing re-useable modules. Pipe-lined products through production and delivery to customers.
Smart Card Fulfillment Operations Systems
Secured fulfillment of Smartcards for European Banking and Customer Loyalty programs. Automated selection of product parts, integration of artwork, methods of testing and injection of secured data.
500 Channel real time MPEG Compressor and Uplink (DirectTV)
Divided original project into component projects; video, audio, multiplexer, processors and mechanicals. Retained project management of video and processors and reassigned the others. Unique to this project was the initial deployment of specially developed MPEG RISC processors.
Rural Construction
Managed heavy equipment crews installing 2 miles of roads in steep terrain. Refurbishing old barns for structural integrity and usability. New building construction of 40x70 equipment shop and residential buildings. Installation of 100,000 gal+ ponds.
